Doctor of Sports Psychology & Softball Coach / PCA Trainer
Coach Ali Allen-Scruggs grew up in Kansas City, MO. She played competitive softball and soccer in her youth and played 4 years of collegiate softball. She completed her doctorate degree in Sport and Performance Psychology to help athletes enhance performance, reduce stress, and promote overall enjoyment of sport and life.
She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology and a member of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Sport Psychology Registry.
As a current competitive softball coach, and designer and deliverer of the sport experience, she is invested in promoting a positive atmosphere for individuals and teams to thrive holistically.
Currently, Dr. Earlynn is a contracted mental coach with the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Player Development. She also works with individual athletes. Additionally, She has been an adjunct professor at Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL, Adler University in Chicago, IL, and Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.
Dr. Earlynn has a PhD in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior. She is also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
