Using a Tennis Journal in Your Program
In this workshop, coaches will learn why and how to utilize a tennis journal within their programming. A tennis journal is an important tool athletes of all ages and levels can use to set goals, self-reflect, and track progress. This, in turn, can help athletes stay motivated, feel confident, and be focused during practices and matches. But, instilling a habit to journal can be tricky. We’ll tackle several issues to consider to help athletes get a tennis journal, use their journal, and stay consistent with journaling. We’ll also discuss how coaches can integrate the journal into their practice plans.
