My goal for respect is to practice being more self aware by actively listening for understanding with my eyes and ears while teachers are talking or classmates are presenting. What I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for respect is  being careful when I sit next to my friends and try not to get distracted. Others will know that I am actually accomplishing my goal because: I will be quiet and focused on whomever is speaking. The difference these actions  will make is I will increase my learning. I will learn when it is cool to chat with friends and when to stay focused on the speaker. In digital media i will try and respect  my teacher

My goal for Integrity is to be honest and trustworthy. What I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal is by trying my very best. Others will know that I am actually accomplishing my goal when they see me following through with what I say. The difference it will make is I will be more honest and people will trust me. 

My goal for Effort is to Understand how practice and effort help me improve. What I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal is I will practice the things I have to present more. Others will know that I am actually accomplishing my goal: When they see me speak clearly and confidently for presentations. The difference my goal will make is to give me confidence when presenting and learn to use more effort.

My goal for Refinement is to Actively participates in class discussions and activities. What I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for refinement is getting more confidence and raising my hand more in class. Others will know I’m actually doing it when they see me raising my hand in class and answering questions out loud. The difference it will make is helping me get more confident speaking in public.
