At the beginning of the year, I demonstrated ownership by consistently using technology tools as agreed upon by the team to communicate and manage project tasks and trying to show up to school every day but if i didnt i would go and do the project that was in class for that day and with our last exhibition i had to go home and bake my dessert for the exhibition
I understood ownership to mean owning your mistakes and trying to fix them.
By the end of this year, Ownership meant me showing up on time and doing things when I am told without constraint reminders and trying to always do the right thing. In art we have to submit our art to artsonia and I submitted all my art work and wrote my summaries.
At the beginning of the year, I demonstrated respect by being positive, solution focused, invigorating to work with by bringing energy to their team in our humanities exhibition the Inca and Aztecs ancient civilization project my teams artifacts kept breaking but in the end we had a great exhibition
I understood respect to mean being kind to people .
By the end of this year, I demonstrated respect by acknowledging and being respectful about other people's perspectives and disagrees in a kind way in class we had a fishbowl discussion about the transatlantic slavery and we had to write down what we agreed with and what we disagreed with but we had to say it in a respectful way.
At the beginning of the year, I demonstrated helpfulness by offering my classmates help when they needed it most and my group project workers and more some people in class were making an otter for their science exhibition in art class and they needed help with painting the plastic so I helped them with the paint and drying the plastic off. I understood helpfulness to mean trying to improve people's work when needed and looking at it.
By the end of this year, I understood the meaning of helpfulness to be helping the team solve problems and manage conflicts and helping with the discussion if there's a disagreement.
