What I am most proud of for this Exhibition is when i got to research my ingredients which were cocoa powder,Chocolate hazelnut spread and chocolate chips It was a really fun to create your own menu item and serve it at the exhibition I had dessert to make and I made Double Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. What the hardest part of this Exhibition was for me Is when we had to present it to our parents at the Exhibition and I forgot some of my facts so It was nerve racking because you had to read of your menu. What Habit of Heart and Mind I connected with most during this Exhibition was Refinement and I also connected with the grade level lens confidence I connected with refinement because when you made I made my dessert I had to put a lot of hard work into it and then with my menu I had to make sure it was exhibition worthy and I had to refine it multiple times and how I connected with confidence because we had to find our recipe on our own and cook it on our own but then after all that we had to present it by ourselves and that made me feel confidence because I had to do the project without relying on other people.
We learned about Transatlantic Slave Trade and we also did a fish bowl discussion. I was not at school when we did this document right here but i also did not do it while i was not here so it became a missing assignment so i had to do after school one day and used refinement and in the end got a meets.
