My goal for respect is to have Respect to self by using more positive self-statements.

Goal reflection: My goal for respect is to have respect to myself by using more positive self-statements I personally don't think that I have grown much and next semester I want to work on that.

My goal for integrity Is to be  honest and trustworthy.

Goal reflection: My goal for integrity was to be honest and trustworthy at the beginning it was a struggle but it then got easier over the semester I honestly forgot about my goal but I think that even though I forgot I grew in being trustworthy with myself and friends and I have also been more honest with the people around me and myself.

My goal for effort is to See failures and challenges as an opportunity for growth.

Goal reflection: My goal for effort is to see failures and challenges as an opportunity for growth this year I feel like I have accomplished my goal because I have been trying to improve my grades and care more about my school work.

My goal for refinement is to  develop a set of strategies for remaining focused and on task during work time. 

Goal reflection: My goal for refinement is to develop a set of strategies for remaining focused and on task during work time I feel like I have accomplished this goal and have learned how to stay in control and get tasks done.

For My significant Adult I choose Rachel she is a person that has worked with my mom and has always made me feel like I can tell her anything and she will always be there for me.  She is a person that I have looked up to for a long time and she inspires and pushes me to be a better person.
