Science quiz 1 reflection
The quiz was about covalent bonds, protons, electrons, neutrons, elements on the periodic table ect. On this quiz I got a dev ( i wasnt here for most of the week) i didnt understand the process which led to me getting the questions wrong. If i had to set a goal for the next science quiz i would make sure my anchor chart is up to date, and check the work we did the days I wasn't there, and pay attention the whole time in class.
Science quiz 2 reflection
This quiz was mainly about bonds and chemical changes/ physical changes. For this i got a meets because that was as high as you could get on that quiz, i think i really understood this quiz, i really listened and paid attention and "locked in" . i discovered that the difference between physical changes and chemical change is, in a physical change, no new substance is formed. A chemical change is always accompanied by one or more new substance. I think if i had to set a goal to prepare for the next upcoming science quiz i would stay focused like i did for this quiz and absorb all of the information.
This exhibition was about Chemical reactions and the differences between chemical and physical changes. I performed the magnesium and dry ice experiment. In this exhibition i got a meets-, i think that i did pretty well but i could have put more effort into the poster.
This quiz was all about waves and what waves are and what they mean. I got 3/10 questions corect, which means i got a developeing. I think next time i can use my anchor chart to help me and focus more.
My anchor chart included information about the different topics we covered in sciende, which were the properties of matter lab, the chocalate destiny lab, speed velocity acceleration, newtons law station, rocket nmini manuel, types of forces and free body diagram and moon craters lab. On the 3 quizzes i got a developing, meets and meets. I think i got these grades, one i got the devolping because i rushed through it and didnt take my time and i got meets becasue i didnt rush and worked hard. This was the last anchor chart of the year i think it has grown both creativily andinformationally.
