My goal for respect is to constantly listen with my eyes and ears. I will focus in class more and  i will give all my attention to the speaker when there talking, to accomplish my goal for respect. Others will know I'm doing this when they see me listening and paying attention. The difference it will make is i will do better in school and i will get better grades from listening and finally i will understand the process. 

My goal for integrity is to act appropriately at all times and to do what i'm supposed to when i'm asked. Following the directions when the teachers tell me, no matter what teacher it is. Others will know I'm doing this when they see me following the rules. I will have a better reputation,I will be trusted and I will be respected. 

My goal for effort is to work through challenges before asking for help. I will accomplish this goal by working through problems by myself and asking for help when I actually need it. Others will know I'm doing this when they see me working through things by myself and "locking in." The difference it will make is i will understand the work more and it will click in my head. 

My goal for refinement is to actively participate in class discussions and activities. Others will know i'm doing this when they see me engaging in class. By doing this i will have a better understanding of what we are working on and improve my grade.
