Goal reflection
At the beginning of the year my goal for respect was too practice being more self aware by actively listening and understanding with my eyes and ears while teachers are talking or classmates are presenting. And in my personal opinion I have completed my goal successfully, because when I have been listening in class and not talking I have learned and worked more successfully.
Respect ( my definition of respect is a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.

My goal for respect is to practice being more self aware by actively listening for understanding with my eyes and ears while teachers are talking or classmates are presenting.
This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Respect-Being careful about choosing a seat in which I may be tempted to talk with others also Developing a habit of checking in with myself to make sure I am present.Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me- I am actually accomplishing my goal because I will be quiet and focused on whomever is speaking and also,They will see that I have my eyes on the speaker. The difference these actions will make is: I will increase my learning. I will learn when it is cool to chat with friends and when to stay focused on the speaker and also I may have more free time if I am using my time more wisely.

At the beginning of the year my goal for integrity was to act appropriately with no violations of school norms. I think I have completed my goal mostly because I have acted appropriately most of the time and have paid more attention to the school norms and acted of them.
Integrity (my definition of integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse to change)

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Integrity-I will listen to the teachers when they are talking and when anyone else is talking i will listen to them and also I will also use kind words to all my fellow classmates and teachers. Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me-When they see me listening in class
when they see me not using kind words. The difference it will make is-I will be more educated and also I will also have a better connection to the teachers because I will be listening more

I think I have completed my goal because in class before I ask the teacher for help I really focus on the problem and work through it in my head and if that doesn't work I ask friends and then if they are no help I ask the teacher.

My goal for effort is to work through challenges before asking for help
This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Effort-working through the problem in my head and really trying before asking for help and also Ask my friends for help.Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me-actually trying in class and listening to the teacher so i know what to do and also asking them when I need help and only asking the teacher for help when i'm really stuck.The difference it will make is-It will make me be more independent and It will show that i actually care about my grades and that I can do work without needing help all the time.

My goal for refinement at the beginning of the year was to have a set of strategies for remaining focused and on task during work time. I think I have completed my goal for refinement because when it is work time I worked on trying to not talk to my friends, and to also to lock in on my work and then I will have time to do things I would want to do after wards.

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Refinement-I will get a goal for doing my work and turning it in on time and try to make that goal happen and I will also make sure i can find people i can sit next to in class and pay attention. Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me-Others will know i'm actually doing it when they see me paying attention in class ,And also when I'm not making it hard for the teacher to teach.The difference it will make is- I will have a better education because I will be listening to the teacher when there talking and also I will it will make my work much better and more neat.
