I met the learning targets in this assignment but I had to take it home and work on it after school. I think  that  I used effort the most because  it took a lot of effort to stay on task in this assignment. 

I got a  meets in this assignment by  choosing a recipe and then researching the origins of the recipe Then wiring  them down  in an organizer. I think I used Integrity the most in this project because it took integrity to write my findings in my own words and not just copy and paste them.

I got a meets  on this project and I did this by putting the history of my ingredients that I had researched before  into a canva document followed by writing down 4 effects of the Columbian Exchange. I think I used effort the most in this because I had to do it as homework when I was absent  on one of the days.
