I have grown a bit in respect. However, there is still some room for improvement. Two examples of my work are my photosynthesis and cellular respiration poster and my documentary final draft. In my photosynthesis and cellular respiration poster I was not very respectful to my group members and did not listen to their ideas. In my documentary final draft I was more respectful. But I was a little stubborn on some points. My goal for respect is to listen to my group members' ideas more. 

I think my integrity has been pretty good this year  although I do sometimes talk in the hallways. I think in the assignment I had to show integrity was my 60 Minutes of Alex because the teacher cannot see if I did or did not work for the required amount of time. My goal for integrity is to stop talking in the hallways. 

I think my effort has been very good this year but I do have a few missing assignments. An assignment that shows my effort is my multimedia project final draft because I only had one night to do it so I had to demonstrate a lot of effort. My goal for effort is to not have any more missing assignments by the end of the year. 

My refinement has been pretty good so far but sometimes I do not try to redo work when I get a bad grade. I think an assignment I showed refinement on was my Elk in West Virginia lab report because I initially got a bad grade but then I refined it and got a meets. My goal for refinement is to redo on assignments I get a bad grade on.

 My grade level lens is identity. My definition of identity is a sense of  self.  I have connected to this with my identity box. In this project I made a box with aspects of my identity on each side.  This has made me think about my identity in ways I have never before.
