We are working on a project about rock layers in this region

My goal Is to consistently uses technology tools.

In this lab I learned that the rock cycle repeats it’s self over and over.

My goal for science is to complete task on time I will do this by working hard and not get distracted till I’m finish with my work.

Plate Tectonics lab

In this lab we used graham crackers to represent plate tectonics. We got to put graham crackers under water for 5 second and smash them together. I learned that when to wet graham cracker get smash to gether it’s represents convergent bounder .This help me understand how convergent boundaries are formed under water.

EXHIBITION REFLECTION

Today you will read what I learned in our exhibition.I learned that if there is a crack in a rock that means that the crack is younger then the rock.One thing that I have mastered is rock layers one thing that rocks can tell us is how dry or wet it was during that period of time.They can also tell us what animals or plants lived in that time.One thing that is still challenging for me is understanding geology this hard for me because rock formation and erosion is hard for me to understand.

EXHIBITION reflection

I knew that deforestation was a big problem but never what caused it,so during this project I learned that It is caused by building apartments and also floods and other natural disasters.In this project Iris and I where partners some things that challenges were planing around our schedules to rise money because of swim and other commitments.Since we both had swim it was easy to get were we needed to.For this project we studied deforestation and raised money for one tree planted.We split up the work and chose what slides we wanted to do and worked together on the ones we didn’t want.I learned that Iris works better when she is talking rather then being quiet.One obstacles was fingering out what we wanted to do to raise money.
