The Columbian Exchange Cafe 

This exhibition was so fun. I am most proud of my guacamole and my menus because everyone complimented my guacamole and my menus looked professional and good. The hardest part of this exhibition was memorizing everything and actually serving everyone because we had to memorize a lot of information and my guacamole was really heavy while I was serving people so my wrist and hand hurt afterward. The habit of heart and mind that I connected with most was probably effort because we had to put more effort in to the exhibition because we had to work alone. Overall this exhibition was super fun and was by far my favorite exhibition we've done so far.
