Campus Review (CR) is the new version of what used to be called "Game Film." It's how we watch back services and rehearsals.
If you need login credentials, please email Justin.
control.resi.io is how we access Campus Review. Simply open a web browser (Safari or Firefox generally work best, Chrome has some issues playing back some video content) and navigate to control.resi.io
Once you're there enter your login credentials (if you need or forgot your login, please email Justin).
On the left side of the screen (on desktop) you'll see a menu of different pages. Find "Video Review" and select it.
On mobile, depending on your browser, you'll see a traditional three horizontal line menu, tap that, then tap "Video Review."
Under the column named "Web Event" you'll see the names of the various web events. There are a lot! It's generally easier to navigate if your "Start Time" column is sorted A-Z like this screenshot is. This organizes the events chronologically.
The "Remove Time" column notes when this event will disappear from our Video Review system.
The "Status" column will show if the event was in the past (i.e. "stopped), had an issue (i.e. Aborted), or is currently going on (i.e. "live).
On this screen you'll see the video player. It works just like a youtube player or other players. You can pause, change volume, quality, take it full screen, scrub through, etc.
Below that you'll see the "Cues" section. Each cue is a "marker" on the service. You can go to that part of the service by clicking the "Go To" button towards the right. This is a good way to give feedback!
You can add your own cues, too! The blue button "+ Add Cue" towards the bottom right is a way you can add your own cues.
In the Cues section below the video player, click the blue "+ Add Cue" button. That brings up the Add Cue section.
Add your cue name in the "Cue Name" text box.
One important box to double check is "Share with Others." If you leave that on "Yes" then all other Campus Review users will be able to see your cue(s). Fair warning with your criticism =). Generally you want cues to be shared with everyone, but if you're critiquing yourself and want to keep it private, you can change that box to "No."
Finally, click the clue "+ Create Cue" button to add it to the list of cues.
