General Science Olympiad Information 2025
Science Olympiad is an extracurricular activity. Team members practice for two events and then compete with other schools in the area at the tournament in April. Students must be available on that day in order to participate.
Practices will be held before school from 8:00 to 9:05. Participants will need to practice on their own as well. See the schedule below for dates.
Partners are assigned by coaches after joining the team.

There is NO CHARGE to participate.
The tournament will be held at Mounds View High School on April 12, 2025. It begins in the morning and end in the early afternoon.
Teams are formed on a first come, first serve basis. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2025. To get to the registration page, CLICK HERE.

About Science Olympiad: Minnesota Science Olympiad is an organization that has a mission to promote STEM education for students in Minnesota K-12 schools by engaging kids in the excitement and challenge of science, technology, engineering and math competition. The emphasis is on learning, participation, interaction, having fun and team spirit. Students usually compete in two events.
