He is exploring how to use a paintbrush!
Rodab is finding out what happens when we mix yellow and red! Well done, Rodab!
We can see that they used recycled everyday materials like toilet paper roll and kitchen foil to make their dragon. It is really colourful, too! Well done, Rishan!
Adam had the idea to use a toilet paper roll to explore what happens when you push the train into it!
Adam found out that the train comes out on the other end. He tried it again and again to make sure that this always happens. Quite a thorough investigation, well done Adam!
Kasey is also using lots of different paintbrushes! We can see that she even painted the hand of an adult because we can see a big handprint on one of her paintings! Looks like everyone got involved in Kasey's paintings! Well done Kasey!
Kasey pretended to sell food from her bus-cafe! She is doing a really great job at promoting what she sells here! Well done Kasey!
Noah is using very small building blocks to build a tower. He has been very inventive how he designed the structure of his tower! And we can see he has been carefully balancing the blocks on top of each other so they do not fall down. Well done, Noah!
Adam is filling and emptying containers with another member of his family. He is learning about early year maths, the concepts of 'full' and 'empty'!
He is really enjoying the water as a sensory experience as well! Well done Adam!
Kayden and his family have built a boat with three sails! It is really beautiful and Kayden even gave it a name... It must be a fast boat, because it is called Kayden Express! Well done Kayden!
Adam is concentrating a lot whilst using a spanner! He is taking the wheel off, like a real mechanic!
He is looking at this wheel very closely!
And Adam even gets his family to help him! Well done, Adam!
He is making marks carefully holding a paint brush...
..and even having fun making marks with his hands! Well done Kayden!
Theo is really concentrating on rolling his play dough here. We could see in the Thursday Zoom meeting how Theo worked with his playdough. He made balls and other objects with it to show us! Well done Theo!
In our Wednesday Zoom call, Rodab was already busy lining up all his toys when Marie introduced the activity of lining up objects. Marie talked about finding all sorts of every day objects in the house to line them up. We can see that Rodab got inspired and went into the kitchen cupboards to find some food tins to make his line of toys even longer. Well done Rodab!
What an amazing sight! It snowed last weekend and Rodab made the most of it! He got dressed and made a snowman! Rodab used sticks as a nose and mouth and some berries to make the Snowman's eyes. It looks so beautiful, well done Rodab!
He used a clever idea and glued a clothes peg to the back of his panda bear, so it can hold on to things! Well done Theo!
She is having a lot of fun doing this! Well done Sena!
She is sharing all her pens and paper
We can see that she is really concentrating!
Well done Zehra!
Dean dressed up his Teddy with lots of winter clothes! This was good exercise for his finger muscles and he taught his teddy bear lots of new words like hat, scarf, gloves, boots as well as cold, winter, freezing... Well done Dean!
First we get everything ready and cover the table, like we do in Nursery.
Dean is using a small amount of glue with a spreader. It is good practice to develop fine motor skills which help when learning to write.
Pipe cleaners are very useful as we can do so much with them. He is concentrating and choosing where to put them.
Dean has a lovely design on his empty water bottle. He can play with his shaker when we sing songs together!
He looks like a doctor with a stethoscope doesn't he?
