We're always listening.

As part of our package of care, we are always listening and open to feedback looking for ways to improve. As part of this, we conduct frequent surveys to allow residents, colleagues, relatives and external visitors to voice any praise and concerns over our services and provision.

All of our surveys are now digital. You can fill in a survey by using the link on our social media, website banner, newsletters, emails and on the invoice letters. After a survey has been carried out, we issue an outcomes report. You can see these attached below.
