How to Participate

Step 1: Register Your Production

Complete the 2027 Theatre Night Awards Registration Form.

The registration form collects:

• Contact information

• School or educational theatre organization

• Participating organization type

• Production title

• Play or musical classification

• Payment method

• Invoicing instructions

You may register multiple productions on the same registration form.

Step 2: Receive Your Invoice and Production ID

Within 3–7 business days, the registration contact will receive:

• An invoice confirming the registered production or productions

• A unique Production ID for each production

• Links to the appropriate production and nomination forms

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive these materials within seven business days.

Step 3: Submit Overall Production Materials

Complete one Overall Production Submission Form for each registered production.

This form collects the production recording, creative-team information, production context, directorial notes, timestamps, and supporting materials needed for adjudication.

Step 4: Submit Individual Acting Nominations

Complete one Individual Acting Nomination Form for each performer you wish to submit.

Each registration includes consideration of up to seven individual performers per production. Use the assigned Production ID on every submission.

Step 5: Submit Specialty-Category Nominations

Complete one Specialty Category Nomination Form for each applicable nomination.

The form may be submitted multiple times. Each submission should represent one nominee or specialty category.

Step 6: Verify Your Materials

Before the submission deadline, confirm that:

• The correct Production ID appears on every form

• The production recording is accessible

• All timestamps are accurate

• Google Drive and video permissions allow adjudicators to view the materials

• Any required passwords have been provided

• All intended acting and specialty nominations have been submitted

Step 7: Adjudication and Nominee Announcements

Theatre Night Awards adjudicators will review the submitted production and nomination materials. Nominees will be announced on April 15, 2027, when ceremony ticket sales open.
