To celebrate the wide variety of theatre in New Jersey schools, awards are organized into separate categories by production type, school level, and (for high schools) program type.

Elementary & District-Wide Multi-Grade Level Productions → Special “Rising Star” recognition only.

Middle School → Awards split by Plays and Musicals.

High School → Awards split by Plays vs. Musicals, and further by Foundational, Established, & Comprehensive Training Programs
