We have integrated sustainable, resilient, and healthy food and water systems principles into our Master of Professional Practice in Dietetics program ( a Future Education Model) program which is accredited by ACEND in the US

Yes, we require 250 hours in community nutrition, 250 hours in food service systems management, 400 hours in medical nutrition therapy and 100 hours in electives.
Which learning and teaching activity(s) would you consider to be your most effective to facilitate a deep learning amongst students? These can be in-class, assessment tasks, field trips, volunteer opportunities, etc.
We couple competency-based learning, on-site experiential learning, and reflective activities online for our capstone courses.
