Please be sure to add your troop number to your application. Applications without a troop number will not be accepted.
If you are sharing a space with another troop or activity, it needs to be listed on both parties' applications or the space will not be shared.
No email requests will be accepted. All applications/new requests must be submitted through this site's submission link.
All documents have to be uploaded with each new application each time, no exceptions.
Please utilize the Additional Uploads section on the submission form if you need more room for dates/times, etc.
Use of our facilities need to be cleared prior to 9:30pm, no exceptions.
If you submit an up to date Certificate of Insurance or CPR card the day of your scheduled event after 3:00pm, you will not be able to use the building until the following business day when it can be confirmed - No Exceptions.
