District 159 requires all groups, organizations or individuals for any after school activity to submit proof of the trained supervision in the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED), CPR and Epinephrine Administration.

- The card(s) being supplied must be of the responsible adult(s) that are present throughout the entire scheduled use of the facilities.
- CPR card(s) must be renewed prior to expiration to avoid any cancellations.
