Any/all damage done to our facilities by your organization will be billed & must be paid before building use can be continued.
Use of our facilities need to be cleared prior to 9:30pm, no exceptions.
No area of the building is approved for use that is not listed/approved on your application, no exceptions.
Please park in our labeled lots only. Please do not park in fire lanes or undesignated parking areas.
No email requests will be accepted. All applications/new requests must be submitted through this site's submission link.
Security Cameras are monitored daily
If you submit an up to date Certificate of Insurance or CPR card the day of your scheduled event after 3:00pm, you will not be able to use the building until the following business day when it can be confirmed - No Exceptions.
