1. How do I choose the Device Management Application (DMA) option for my child?
Parents who wish to select or change the DMA option (Option A or Option B) should email the school ICT Support directly. Please include your child’s name, class, and email address in the email for faster processing.
2. My child’s PLD is faulty. Where should I go for repair?
For PLD repairs, parents and students should go directly to the authorised service centre.
3. My child needs technical help with the PLD or school applications. Who can help?
For technical advice (e.g. login issues, software problems, connectivity issues), students may approach the ICT Office directly during operating hours.
4. Can my child use their own Windows notebook instead of the school-issued PLD?
Yes, students who wish to use their own Windows notebook may approach the ICT Office for more information. The ICT Office will provide the necessary requirements and application form.
5. Who should I contact for PLD payment or billing matters?
For all payment-related matters (e.g. instalments, billing, financial assistance queries), please approach the General Office directly.
