Implemented the “Homework Club” after school, the use of the Behaviour Record Form to assist teachers in classroom management and conducted the “After-School Gear Programme” to support at-risk students.

Close engagement with Student Councillors to organize “Student Forum”, “Student Voices” segment during Start the Day Right (SDR) and organized “Choose Your Voice, Choose Kindness” in support of Singapore Kindness Movement campaign. Produced SDR High Vibes Bank to support form teachers in their engagement of their classes during morning SDR. 

Rolled out the “Staff Recognition & Staff Communication” via “S.H.A.R.E It!” platform, E-Bulletin, “Hey!”, appreciation notes, thank you cards and promoted staff well-being through wellness activities and revamp of the levels 1 & 2 staff pantries.
