In this Applied Module, students were required to reinvent a basic cupcake to a Singapore flavoured cupcake. They identified the different desserts and drinks popular amongst Singaporeans and infused it into a basic cupcake recipe. The result? Uniquely Singaporean! Various unique flavours such as Apam Balik Cupcake, Bubur Hitam Cupcake, Kaya Pandan Cupcake , to mention a few!
