City Hall District
Suntec City
Suntec City is the second largest shopping mall in Singapore, hosting 360 outlets across its 4 stories and 4 zones. It is also a convention centre where various exhibitions across the year are held at.
Suntec City is a great place to visit if you are looking for a place with affordable shopping, good eateries, as well as "Instagrammable" locations such as the Fountain of Wealth (one of the largest water fountains in the world).
How to get there: The nearest MRT station is Promenade Station (Blue and Yellow line).
Esplanade
Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay is a performing arts centre located in the Downtown Core of Singapore near the mouth of the Singapore River. Named after the nearby Esplanade Park, it consists of a concert hall which seats about 1,600 and a theatre with a capacity of about 2,000 for the performing arts.
How to get there: The nearest MRT station is Esplanade Station (Yellow line).
Jewel
Jewel Changi Airport is a nature-themed entertainment and retail complex linked to one of the passenger terminals of Changi Airport, Singapore. Jewel has various attractions, including over 300 retail outlets, various gardens, leisure facilities, as well as the largest indoor waterfall in the world.
Jewel would be a great place to visit if you're interested in gourmet dining, scenic landscapes, luxury shopping, as well as souvenir shopping at the basement floor.
How to get there: The nearest MRT station is Changi Airport Station (Green Line).
Harbourfront District
VivoCity
VivoCity is the largest shopping mall in Singapore, hosting more than 340 retail outlets. It is also the terminal station to the nearby Sentosa Express railway monorail, which leads into Sentosa Island.
VivoCity is a great place to visit for affordable shopping, as well as a great stop before heading towards Sentosa island.
How to get there: The nearest MRT station is Habourfront Station (Purple and Yellow line).
Sentosa
Sentosa is an island located off the southern coast of Singapore's mainland. It is home to several beautiful beaches, an extensive Cable Car network, Fort Siloso (a WWII military museum), as well as Resorts World Sentosa which features Universal Studios Singapore.
Sentosa is a great place to take many scenic photos with friends, enjoy many exciting attractions, as well as to learn more about Singapore's history during British colonial rule.
How to get there: Walk from VivoCity via a sheltered walkway OR take the monorail from VivoCity
Bugis District
Bugis Junction and Bugis +
Bugis Junction and Bugis + are two interconnected shopping malls located in the Downtown Core of Singapore. These two malls have a variety of good eateries, as well as many affordable shopping options.
How to get there: The nearest MRT station is Bugis Station (Green and Blue line).
Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple
The Kwam Im Thong Hood Cho Temple is traditional Chinese Temple situated at Waterloo Street. This temple is of great significance to the Buddhist Community in Singapore, and is believed to bring worshippers good luck after praying to the Kuan Yin, also known as the Goddess of Mercy.

Sri Krishnan Temple
Sri Krishnan Temple is a Hindu Temple in Singapore. It is one of Singapore's oldest temples and is the only South Indian temple in Singapore dedicated to Krishna and his consort Rukmini. The Sri Krishnan Temple and the nearby Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple are known for having evolved a social practice termed "cross-worshipping", where many devotees of either temple also worship at the other. This practice is commonly seen as a microcosm of Singapore's multi-religious society.

Sultan Mosque
Sultan Mosque is a mosque located at Muscat Street and North Bridge Road within the Kampong Glam precinct of the district of Rochor in Singapore. It was named after Sultan Hussain Shah. In 1975, it was designated a national monument of Singapore.

Marina Bay District
Marina Bay Sands
Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore and a landmark of the city. The resort includes a 2,561-room hotel, a convention-exhibition centre, a large mall, a museum, a large theatre, "celebrity chef" restaurants, two floating crystal pavilions (the Louis Vuitton Island Mansion and the Floating Apple Store), and the world's largest atrium casino. The complex includes three towers topped by the Sands Skypark where the infinity swimming pool is located.

ArtScience Museum
The ArtScience Museum is a museum within the integrated resort of Marina Bay Sands in the Downtown Core of the Central Area in Singapore. It is the world's first ArtScience museum, featuring major exhibitions that blend art, science, culture and technology.

Gardens by the Bay
The Gardens by the Bay is a nature park located in the Central Region of Singapore. It consists of 3 waterfront gardens, as well as two large conservatories, namely the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest.
The Flower Dome is the largest greenhouse in the world, replicating a cool-dry Mediterranean climate. It features a changing display, the flower field and eight other gardens which exhibit exotic flowers and plants from the Mediterranean and semi-arid regions from five different continents.
The Cloud Forest is a higher but slightly smaller conservatory that replicates the cool moist conditions found in tropical mountain regions. It features a 42-metre "Cloud Mountain" where visitors can descend the mountain via a circular path which crosses underneath a 35-metre waterfall multiple times.
The Gardens by the Bay also features the Supertree Grove, which consists of 18 supertrees that are ranging from 25 to 50-metres tall, as well as an elevated walkway between two supertrees for visitors to enjoy an aerial view of the garden. Every night, at 7:45pm and 8:45pm, the Supertree Grove comes alive with a coordinated light and music show known as the Garden Rhapsody.

Merlion Park
The Merlion is the official mascot of Singapore. It is depicted as a mythical creature with the head of a lion and a body of a fish. The fish body represents Singapore's origin as a fishing village, while the lion head represents Singapore's original name -- Singapura, which translates to "Lion City".
