Brief description of CCA

Pasir Ris Crest Secondary School’s Choir was established in 2001. Better known as Crest Voices, the choir have made numerous appearances in school events such as National Day Celebration and Open House. As a member of Crest Voices, students will get opportunities to develop their leadership, communication and musical skills as they work as one to experience the joy of choral singing.

Expectations of CCA

No prior music background is required; anyone who is passionate about singing as a team is welcome! As a member of Crest Voices, students are required to attend all practices, rehearsals and performances punctually. Additional rehearsals leading up to performances or other events may be scheduled, students must be committed to put in extra practice hours.

A Highlight of the year

This year, CREST Voices had the incredible opportunity to participate in SINGSPIRE 2026 - The World as One Voice, a special event that saw our choir join forces with the renowned Penabur Children Choir. This unique collaboration was more than just a performance; it was a transformative experience that significantly enhanced the skills and stage presence of our students.

By performing alongside such an accomplished group, our young choristers were inspired to reach new heights. The challenge of elevating their performance to meet the high standards of the Penabur Children Choir pushed them to refine their vocal techniques and develop a more dynamic stage presence. We've witnessed a remarkable shift in our students; they have become noticeably less inhibited and far more expressive. This experience has truly empowered them to share their passion for music with greater confidence and artistry.

CREST Voices is proud of the dedication and growth demonstrated by our members, and we look forward to continuing this journey of musical excellence.
