Role Play

Who are we as teachers? What are our beliefs and philosophies in education? What roles  do we play in the ecological context of our own schools? What roles do we also play in the wider framework of our clusters, zones, local fraternity and the global fraternity? What skills, knowledge and competencies do we need to have in order to play these roles effectively and meaningfully? What are the current issues and trends? And, most importantly, what do we actually do in the different roles that we play?

This section provides us with the tools and resources that would help us execute our duties with distinction, and always growing ourselves and those around us in the process.
