E. Week 1: What to Expect
1. Instructions for Reporting on First Day of School - 2 Jan 2024, Tuesday
Important information, including the official form class your child/ward is allocated to and dismissal time, will be sent via Parents Gateway (PG) before the first day of school. Do look out for the PG which would be sent out by 29 Dec 2023.
Our school days commence at 8.00 am and students should report to school by 7.50 am or earlier. Your child/ward should report in full school uniform. However, your child/ward may report in his/her primary school uniform if he/she has yet to purchase the new school uniform.
Your child/ward will also be able to check details of his/her form class on the first day of school upon arrival where there will be teachers and Student Leaders on-site to offer assistance to your child/ward as well as guide them to the assembly area and respective classrooms.
Your child/ward will not need any textbooks or workbooks on the first week of school as we will be conducting our Start Right and orientation programme for the students.

2. Secondary 1 Orientation Programme (Non-residential) - 3 Jan 2024, Wednesday & 4 Jan 2024, Thursday
The school will be organising a Secondary 1 Orientation Programme (non-residential) held in school for two days on 3 Jan 2024, Wednesday & 4 Jan 2024, Thursday for all Secondary 1 students. (Note: Students will not be staying overnight for the programme.)
Parents/Guardians will be receiving a notification via Parents Gateway (PG) to indicate their child's/ward's dietary requirements and medical conditions. Kindly indicate your response by 21 Dec 2023, Thursday, 5pm.
Full details of the Secondary 1 Orientation Programme (e.g. attire/items to bring/dismissal time) will be shared via Parents Gateway (PG) by 29 Dec 2023.
Your child/ward will also be briefed on the orientation programme and administrative matters on the first day of school.
