A. Registration & Appeals

  1.  E-Registration:

• Notification of posting of your child's/ward's posting to Holy Innocents' High School via the notification in Parents Gateway will be sent out after 3 pm on 20 Dec 2023, Wednesday, the day of release of posting results. 

• Kindly acknowledge your child's/ward's posting to Holy Innocents' High School on Parents Gateway by 21 Dec 2023, Thursday, 5pm. 

 2.  For Appeal to Transfer out of Posted School (Based on Medical Conditions), click on the link below to find out more:

• Parents/Guardians are to file their appeal to transfer out of the posted school by obtaining and completing the appeal for transfer form at the posted school in person on 21 Dec 2023, Thursday, between 8.30 am to 12 pm with all relevant supporting documents. 

• For any queries, please contact the General Office at 6283 3381.

• Deadline for appeal for transfer to transfer out of posted school based on medical conditions is: 21 Dec 2023, Thursday, 12 pm.

  3.  For Appeal to Transfer into Holy Innocents' High School (Non-Medical Cases), refer to the information below and click on the link to submit your appeal online:

• Under MOE School Transfer guidelines for Secondary One cohort, as Secondary School Posting Exercise is a Merit-based Exercise, only Secondary 1 (2024) students who meet the respective COP will be considered for school transfer if there is any corresponding vacancy.
