C. Administrative Matters
1. Purchase of School Books (Online)
All purchase of school books will be done online via the Pacific Bookstores online portal. You will first need to register for an online account with Pacific Bookstores before you can make the online purchase. You will also be prompted to select your preferred date and timing to collect your books in school. Secondary 1 online launch dates are open until 27 Dec 2023 for self-collection in school between 21 - 28 Dec 2023. You may click the link below to proceed to purchase your child's/ward's books online:
Note:
Please check and ensure that you purchase the school books at the correct demanding level for your child/ward i.e. purchasing subject textbooks at G1 / G2 / G3 level. There will be no refunds offered by Pacific Bookstores if the wrong books are purchased but exchange of books is allowed (books must be in good condition together with the order list).
If you are unsure, you can choose to purchase these books when school reopens in January 2024 with advice from your child's/ward's form teacher or subject teacher. (Please refer to Curriculum & Co-Curriculum Matters segment for more information on subject offers).
Home delivery service is not available. Parents/Guardians are to select the date and session (i.e. morning 9 am to 12 noon or afternoon 1 to 3 pm) to collect their book orders in school. The available dates for collection in school are indicated when you login to the Pacific Bookstore online portal to place your order.
You are highly encouraged to bring with you a printed copy of the book order list when collecting the books during your scheduled appointment for collection.
We seek the understanding of parents/guardians that walk-in purchase of books in school will not be available during this period, however you may purchase books directly from the school's bookshop when school reopens in January 2024.
If you are unable to purchase books using the online portal or if you have further queries, you may call the General Office at 6283 3381 for further assistance.
