Secure Browser Onboarding Guide

Setting up your secure workspace is simple! This onboarding process is very quick, taking only about 3 to 5 minutes to complete.

Once finished, you’ll have a Secure Browser that gives you seamless, "one-tap" access to your CES email, School Cockpit, and various MOE intranet sites—no more jumping through hoops to check your work mail or student data on the go.

Step 1

Install the Browser.

Open the App Store on your iPad and search for "Prisma Browser." Once installed, look for the Secure Browser icon on your home screen and tap to open it.

Step 2

Secure Sign-In.

Sign in using your MOE MIMS credentials. You will receive a prompt on your Authenticator app; approve the MFA request to verify your identity and protect your access.

Great news! You’re already more than halfway there. Just one quick automated step left.

Step 3

Automatic Profile Setup.

The app will now configure your secure profile. This is a one-time setup and usually takes less than 5 minutes.

Step 4

Explore the Intranet.

Once you see the home page, you are officially ready! You can now browse the MOE Intranet, manage your Cockpit tasks, and check your CES email with the same security as your SSOE admin laptop.
