The school-based financial assistance is offered to Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident students who do not qualify for the MOE FAS.
Your child does not need to submit a new application form. Your child/ward will be considered for school-based financial assistance if he/she does not meet MOE FAS criteria.
