F) MOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (FAS)

1. MOE provides financial assistance to Singapore Citizen students who need financial assistance on school fees and other school expenses. 

2. The eligibility criteria is: 

   • Gross Monthly Household Income does not exceed S$4,000 per month; or  

   • Per capita income does not exceed S$1000 per month. 

3. Details on MOE FAS are available on MOE’s website: https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance.  

4. Please complete and submit the application online by 23 Dec 2025 (Tuesday).

Application Process

1. For new application, you may

   • apply online via this link: https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas, or

   • download this form or collect a copy of the application form from the General Office.   Submit the completed form with scanned copies of all supporting documents to the General Office.

2.  For those who have already applied through your primary school, you may come to the General Office to exchange the FAS Approval Letter from your Primary School for the Beatty Secondary School’s FAS Approval Letter.

   • Upon approval of your MOE FAS application, please bring along your child’s/ward’s school smart card (see below) so that school can activate the card for meal subsidies.

• If your MOE FAS application is still pending approval, kindly do not purchase any books or uniforms.
