Technical Support
In School
The school has a technical support team to support any technical issues. It consists of:
Ms Alexis Yeow, HOD (ICT)
Mr Aldrouz Tan, Desktop Engineer
The technical support desk is available via Staff Work room at level 1, next to the Library.
The operating hours for student walk-in is:
0700 - 0715
Recess time
2.15 to 4 pm
Outside school
Should your PLD requires repair/replacement of faulty part(s), please contact Acer at 1800 896 6278 or email to acercare.sg@acer.com
Please quote your PLD serial number (which is starts with NX, it can be found at the back of your PLD on the white rectangle sticker) and describe the faults.
At the end of the call/email, please remember to ask for:
(1) the date of PLD collection at school
(2) case ID for your PLD issue
Then, bring your PLD to General Office for Acer Care to collect.
