Self-Troubleshooting
Case 1:
You've completed the activity, but the Course Lessons did not show it as completed.
Solution:
Restart the module, go from the beginning of the unit and click next.
At the summary, wait till the speech is done before you press Exit.
Case 2:
No pop up appears despite clicking on the unit.
Clicking on link brought you to the page below:
Solution:
At the Course Lesson, instead of clicking on the Unit link,
Right click the Unit and select open in new tab.
Case 3:
Unable to load popup
Solution
1. Go to the 3 Dots in your Chrome Browser and select Settings
2. Select Privacy And Security,
Select Site Settings
3. Under Pop-ups and redirects,
Check "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects"
Alternatively, you can select the blocked pop up that appears in your address bar,
and allow the pop up
