My overall experience of attending the course, including my journey in implementing flipped learning and integrating technology throughout the process.
''Overall Experience Attending the Course"
At first, I felt quite nervous because I had no idea what would be taught during the course. However, I was also genuinely excited to explore new topics that I had never encountered before. I felt even more thrilled when we were asked to complete a pre-course module before the actual session began. Doing that early preparation gave me a better understanding and helped me feel more confident and not left behind when the course started.
During the first session, I was introduced to the concept of the flipped classroom. The presenters were supportive and enthusiastic in responding to our questions. I was honestly surprised to learn that I wasn’t alone—many of the other participants were also unfamiliar with the flipped classroom approach.
"Adapting to the Flipped Classroom Approach"
The presenters continuously motivated us to try implementing this approach with our students. As teachers with no boundaries, we must move beyond traditional teaching methods and adapt to technological advancements, as the world of education needs to keep up with modern times. Students should be taught using the latest technology to help improve their understanding of various topics.
I strongly agreed with the idea that students should revise the material beforehand so they come to class with at least a basic understanding of the topic. Although the software tools were quite challenging at first, with the presenters’ guidance, most of us were able to complete at least 80% of the website tasks.
I firmly believe that both parents and students can adapt well to this innovative classroom model, which may lead to improved academic performance
Final Thoughts on the Course"
As the course came to an end, I really fell in love with the way the presenters approached teaching. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to learn from. They answered all our questions in such a simple and easy-to-understand way. Honestly, they’ve become my role models—I hope I can be as skilled and confident as them in this field one day.
I’m super excited to try the flipped classroom method with my own students. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make sure they enjoy learning in my class. I’ll make sure to share the lesson links before class so they can get a basic idea of the topic beforehand. I also can’t wait to hear from my students about how they feel and whether they notice any improvement in their English once we start using this approach.
