Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) is a program that allows 10th-, 11th- and 12th-grade students to earn both high school and college credit while still in high school, through enrollment in and successful completion of college-level, nonsectarian courses at eligible participating postsecondary institutions. Most PSEO courses are offered on the campus of the postsecondary institution; some courses are offered online. Each participating college or university sets its own requirements for enrollment into the PSEO courses. Students may take PSEO courses on a full- or part-time basis. The tuition, fees and required textbooks are at no cost to students.

Specific PSEO courses can be taken to meet MSA graduation requirements. Some AP courses can also be taken in place of a general course at MSA (ex. AP Biology in place of Biology). Please check out the Counseling Department webpage on the MSA website for more information on which classes can be taken through PSEO that are equivalent to MSA classes.
PSEO courses are given 1.00 credit for each semester-long course. PSEO grades, credits, and courses will be added to the student’s high school transcript and are calculated into student's MSA GPA.
