The Royal Dynasty Dance Team is built on strong foundations, disciplined training, and a deep respect for the art of dance. This team focuses on technique, artistry, and growth, creating confident dancers who train with purpose and perform with pride.
More than a team, Dynasty is a legacy—where dedication, teamwork, and passion come together to shape the next generation of Royal Dynasty dancers.
As a member of the Royal Dynasty Dance Team, students will participate in a structured training program designed to strengthen their technical abilities, performance quality, and overall artistry. Dancers will have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of styles while working alongside peers who share the same commitment to excellence.
Throughout the season, team members will represent Royal Studios Miami and the Key Biscayne community at regional competitions, performances, and special events. These experiences not only help dancers grow as performers but also teach valuable life skills such as discipline, accountability, confidence, leadership, and teamwork.
Students at our Key Biscayne location will receive dance instruction as part of their training experience and will have opportunities to participate in Royal Dynasty programs, rehearsals, and competitive events throughout the year. Our goal is to ensure that every dancer receives high-quality training while remaining connected to the larger Royal Studios Miami family.
The Royal Dynasty Dance Team is more than preparing routines for the stage—it is about building character, creating lifelong friendships, and inspiring young artists to pursue their fullest potential both inside and outside the studio.

Heidi Hernandez
Royal Dynasty Dance
Heidi Hernandez is a dance teacher, choreographer, and lifelong dancer with more than 16 years of competitive dance experience. Now based in Key Biscayne, she proudly coaches both recreational and competitive dancers of all ages, from 2 to 19 years old.
Teaching a wide variety of styles—including ballet, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, musical theatre, hip hop, acro, Afro-Cuban, ballroom, salsa, and more—Heidi is passionate about helping students develop strong technique, versatility, and confidence while encouraging them to explore every style with an open heart.
For Heidi, dance has always been more than movement—it is a powerful form of storytelling, self-expression, and personal growth. Her goal extends far beyond creating skilled dancers. She strives to help every student build confidence, express emotion, develop discipline, and discover their unique potential both on and off the stage.
As both a coach and mentor, Heidi creates a positive and supportive environment where every dancer feels seen, valued, and capable of achieving their goals. She hopes each student leaves her class not only stronger technically, but also more confident in who they are. Heidi believes dance has the power to change lives, and she considers it an honor to inspire the next generation of dancers—one class, one performance, and one story at a time.
