Briarcliff

Hybrid A/B Rotational Schedule:

• Briarcliff will operate on a hybrid A/B rotational schedule. The hybrid schedule will allow for in-person instruction for cohorts of students and online learning every day for all students. The hybrid schedule will take place Monday through Friday of every week.

• All students will receive instruction in all classes each day. All students not in person, still follow along with classes from home. All students will participate in virtual instruction in the afternoon every day.

Creating A/B Groups:

Student groups will be created alphabetically by last names (exceptions will exist). There will be considerations when A/B groups are made for our Special Populations (Lake Drive, Special Education, ELL). There will be consideration for siblings and/or children that live in the same household.

Lunch:

Lunch will not be served. Students who receive free or reduced lunch will be given a bagged lunch to take home.

Student Drop-off and Dismissal:

Students will enter the building through three main entry points like in years past. These entry points will have at least 2 staff members there who will monitor students. Students will be placed in staging areas by homerooms and enter the building socially distanced.

Students will be dismissed from school in a staggered movement by homeroom and grade level. Students will have exit points that will be the same as their entry points.
