Mrs. Miller is looking forward to her first year at MHS! Mrs. Miller previously was the 7th through 12th grade counselor at Conway. Mrs. Miller and her husband, Stan, have 5 children and 10 grandchildren who keep them busy, but with whom they have a lot of fun. While working as an administrative assistant in the Willard R-II School District, Mrs. Miller earned a bachelors degree in psychology and masters degree in counseling. Mrs. Miller lives in Springfield with her husband and dachshund, Cooper. Mrs. Miller is the counselor for grades 9-12 for students with last names H-Pe.

Mrs. Amanda Badgett (Last name Pf-Z)
Mrs. Badgett has been a counselor at MHS since 2008. Prior to joining the staff at MHS, Amanda taught high school English in the Holden R-III School District for 1 year before joining the staff at Ava R-I School District. She taught high school English in Ava for 2 years while completing her Master of Science in Counseling at Missouri State University. She was hired as one of 2 high school counselors in Ava in 2002. In addition to her role as a high school counselor, Mrs. Badgett also serves as an adjunct instructor at Drury University. Mrs. Badgett is married to TAB, a corporal with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. They live in Springfield with their 2 dogs, Herbie and Quincy. Mrs. Badgett is the 9-12 grade counselor for students with last names Pf-Z.

Mrs. Betsy Livingston
Mrs. Replogle has worked in the counseling office at Marshfield High School since 2003. She serves as administrative assistant for the counselors. As the registrar, she sends transcripts for graduating seniors to their college of choice and records for students transferring in and out of the Marshfield School District.

Miss nikki gonzalez
Nikki Gonzales is a 2019 graduate of Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in child and family development. Nikki is a first-generation college student who grew up in the Springfield, Missouri area and attended Republic school district until her junior year. From that point, she finished her high school diploma through an online program, and then went on to complete her associate degree through Ozark Community College. While at Missouri State, she was able to volunteer for a local group home for foster care youth and Boys and Girls Club. In addition to volunteering, she spent several years as a swim team coach for the local park board where she was able to work with children and teens of all ages.

Herbie Badgett- ATD REgistered therapy dog
Herbie is a 3-year-old Valley bulldog (1/2 English bulldog and 1/2 boxer). He has passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen, the AKC Community, and the AKC Urban tests. He and Mrs. Badgett are a registered therapy team through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Herbie is quiet and calm boy who loves to see all the kids at school. He lives with Mrs. Badgett, her husband, and his new four-legged brother, Quincy.
