Your Checklist

For our conference materials, we need a short biography and headshot. 

Please send a good quality image and short biography to sbs-spp@email.arizona.edu. Some of you may have already done this. If you have not, please do so as soon as possible. 

All authors receive a stipend according to their contract contingent on timely manuscript submission and participation in the face-to-face workshop. 

All authors will be asked to complete and return an independent contractor form during the workshop. 

All non-US citizens are asked to bring their passport to the workshop to facilitate payment.  

All authors are asked to make their own hotel reservations. Stipends will be bumped up to cover the conference hotel for a four day stay at the reduced rate. Please see "Tokyo Venue" tab to check out hotel options.
