Stipends

We offer accommodations, meals, and a stipend to authors who fully participate in the workshop. In this case, those attending the conference will also receive a stipend adjusted to fully compensate them for the expense of four nights of hotel stay at the conference hotel. 

All authors receive a stipend according to their contract contingent on timely manuscript submission and participation in the face-to-face workshop. 

All authors will be asked to complete and return an independent contractor form during the workshop. 

All non-US citizens are asked to bring their passport to the workshop to facilitate payment.
