The stream in this project is an important symbol. It connects the site to its history and signals the transition of the Hill District to a sustainable, vibrant, modern time period. Nature is integrated into modern urban design to create a blend of productive indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Lower Hill Bridging the Gap design looks to create a sustainable, connected, livable community. A large open space in the center of the site allows for outdoor and community programing to occur.
