Vehicular access is organized in a grid-like fashion and is provided throughout, however vehicular lanes do not exceed 10 feet and do not exceed two lanes of traffic. Streets are pedestrian focused, however surface parking is provided in two locations, underground and above ground parking garage is provided on opposite ends of the neighborhood. Pedestrian and bike circulation is a priority and is in the name of sustainability. 15 foot sidewalks are provided on all streets and the pedestrian green belt connects the entire neighborhood. This helps facilitate interactions between people and contributes to the livelihood of the region.
