The zoning on the site is focused around the estimated pedestrian circulation, with restaurants and shops lining the streets, and offices above. The idea was to make the shops and offices as pedestrian accessible as possible.
Pedestrian circulation is anticipated to be focused between the metro station and the campus in the northwest of the site. In order to accommodate this, the streets feature wide sidewalks and multiple routes for traffic.
The vehicular circulation on the site is expected to be light- this is by design, as the intent of the site is to be walked, not driven. Nearly all parking is underground, and the large blocks are broken up by ample pedestrian passages.
