What is Behavior Coaching?

Behavior coaching provides teachers and administrators with a neutral party to help support difficult situations within the classroom environment.  Whether it be students struggling behaviorally or teachers in need of another set of eyes to help with classroom management, behavior coaching is for you!

These supports are available to both public and nonpublic schools.  The behavior coach will:

• Hold a pre-observation meeting

• Complete two half day observations (3 hours each)

• Compose a report of the observation along with strengths & recommendations for interventions

• Provide up to two follow up meetings for support with implementation
