LAMP Words for Life is an AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication) app that is based on the concept of motor planning with language placed in predictable locations. LAMP stands for "language-acquisition motor planning." This app is based on a main page which has core vocabulary selected for creation of unique phrases and sentences. The user is encouraged to focus on the main page as the starting point for communication. Icons are able to be hidden and then revealed as teaching occurs. The app also features a unique "Vocabulary Builder" option which is used during the teaching process. Please refer to the videos linked below for more information.
