Starting with the 2025-2026 school year, the ASB President shall create and distribute a monthly newsletter containing information on ongoing and future ASB events and activities.

The ASB Historian is responsible for collecting records about ASB activities during the school year, reported to ASB quarterly. At MIT Academy, the Historian traditionally presents these records through a Google Slideshow.
